Beech Villa is situated just off the Offa’s Dyke path and is popular with walkers and other visitors to Knighton.
We are less than 10 minutes walk from Knighton railway station and we have secure parking for bicycles if needed. Shops, pubs and places to eat are only a few minutes walk from the B&B. Cashpoints are available in two local shops during their opening hours.
We offer informal 'homestay' hospitality and complimentary tea
or coffee and biscuits on your arrival.
Beech Villa has two comfortable guest bedrooms, each with a double bed. We have a large guest bathroom and a TV room for guests to use. In light of the present situation we have decided to temporarily limit bookings to a single person or party travelling together (so up to 4 people), which means that each booking will have sole use of the facilities.
Breakfast is included and hot drinks are available.
We have a pet cat but guests may bring a dog if booked in advance, and a small separate charge will apply.
We have two double bedrooms upstairs and a large guest bathroom. The rooms are comfortably furnished and both are available for single or shared occupancy.
Breakfast is included in the price.
We offer cooked breakfast and cereals, tea and coffee. Vegetarian selection always available on request.

See the Town
We are about 100 metres from the town's clock tower and the start of the commercial part of the town.
You'll find places to pick up a sandwich and "food to go", have a meal out in the evening, cash machines, shops, including a chemist, art gallery, museum and lots more. Knighton's GP surgery also offers a Minor Injury Clinic which is open during normal surgery times.
